I found this butterfly top with attached shell for $1.29! As an added bonus, it was size XXL. The more fabric the better cuz I needed it to fit around my gi-normous rear. I knew this would make a good under $5 dress. The pictures are bad and the print doesn't help either, but the front is higher than the back and there's a few pleats on left side. 
I was happy with the results and wore it for my anniversary dinner. After 5 years, my boyfriend has managed to see through all my quirks and has stuck by me. I promise I don't bribe him in any way. He really likes me! :)
