Believe it or not, but as I was exploring Catalina in a Golf cart, my eye caught a thrift store! It's fradar- frugal radar (I just made it up). I mosey into this teeny tiny place and find these two pieces; each for $2. I intended on keeping the dress as it was, but the coffee stain on the lace would not let up so I had no choice but to take it off. I also took out the elastic, fitted the top and added a zipper and make the skirt a little shorter.
